Speed Boat Races 2024
Annual Rockey Stone Memorial Kilo’s are time trials and straight-a-way record races on Devils Lake. 8 AM - Sunset.
This event and boat racing in general has been going on in Devils Lake since the 30's. Devils Lake truly has the fastest water as racers come from around the world to try and break powerboat speed records. Several years back, an all electric boat went over 99 MPH! The event has placed Devils Lake and Lincoln City, Oregon in the American Powerboat Associations record book many times and has historically held the esteemed respect of having the “Worlds Fastest Water.”
East Devils Lake State Park boat ramp and the Regatta Grounds Boat Ramp will be closed to the public for this event. During this time, Devils Lake will be closed from Sand Point to south of the East Devils Lake State Park launch ramp.
