Tibetan Nuns of Jangchub Choeling

At the Lincoln City Cultural Center.

The focus of the visit by the Jangchub Choeling Tibetan nuns will be the creation of a “sand mandala,” a beautiful and symbolic piece of sacred Tibetan art. The public is invited to observe the unfolding design and process of the mandala’s creation before it is swept away on October 14, during a special Dissolution Ceremony of the sacred artwork.
