Explore Lincoln City is seeking quotes and references from relevant vendors for providing janitorial, waste removal, chemical toilets and landscaping services for what will become the Lincoln City Welcome Center and Plaza. This site is currently D River State Recreation Site. The plan would be for Explore Lincoln City to take over the site beginning in January.
You may only be able to provide one type of service, based on your business, which is fine. You don’t have to provide all of the different categories as described in this RFQ document. Just please indicate which category of service you can provide along with the quote. Please also provide three client references along with your quote. Quotes would be due by December 8, 2025 by end of day at 5 PM PST in order to provide enough time to evaluate quotes and setup a contract.
