Request for Proposal | 2027 Finders Keepers Glass Float Production

Explore Lincoln City is seeking applications and glass float samples from interested glass artists who would like to participate in Lincoln City’s Finders Keepers program for the 2027 calendar year. Please make note that there are new size specifications and additional criteria for the selection process from last year’s RFP.

Finders Keepers, one of Lincoln City’s defining events, is an exciting adventure for those who appreciate the natural beauty of the beach, a keen observational challenge, and an expression of amazing artistic creations. We look for artists who are willing to create unique, individualized glass floats that meet our criteria and have the capacity to create a generous amount of glass floats.

Applications and samples should be completed and submitted to Explore Lincoln City by Friday, September 4, 2026, by 5:00 PM. Please submit your proposal to: Explore Lincoln City, Attn: Finders Keepers 2027 RFP, 801 SW Hwy. 101, Suite 401, Lincoln City, OR 97367.
