No fireworks are allowed on any public property in Lincoln City

All types of fireworks are prohibited on all types of public property - including parks, the beach, parking lots, campgrounds, streets, and any other right-of-way. Violators will be fined and/or prosecuted for lighting any type of firework here.

This includes fireworks that do not explode, do not fly into the air and do not behave in an uncontrolled or unpredictable manner. Allowed fireworks include handheld sparklers, wheels and cone fountains. A full list can be found here.

Surrounding unincorporated areas (like East Devil's Lake, Gleneden Beach, Otis, Forest Service lands) have stricter rules.
